About Us

20 Years Experience

image53

Amy passed the Florida bar in 1998 and has had litigated many cases, including hundreds of trials.  In addition to obtaining her juris doctorate degree from UF law school, Amy also graduated from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in psychology, which is useful in helping clients navigate the stressors associated with family law issues.

Amy has been a Treasure Coast lawyer for 20 years, concentrating her offices in Vero Beach and Fort Pierce.  Because she lives in Port Saint Lucie, Amy has widened her practice to also include clients in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie West (SLW), Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound, and Stuart, FL.

Most people who Amy has helped with Family Law matters have been concentrated in the areas of divorce, alimony, time-sharing, paternity, modification of custody, modification of final judgment, child support and relocation.

Amy attempts to assist with negotiating and mediating a successful resolution, if possible.  However, if your spouse is unreasonable and not being fair, Amy is not afraid to go to trial.  She prides herself on her courtroom skills and handles every jury trial herself - never handing a case off to an Associate or inexperienced lawyer fresh out of law school.  Amy understands that this is the most important thing in your life and you deserve an experienced litigator in the courtroom.
